The Farm is an agritourism complex located in Colombia, in the municipality of Calima Darién, Valle del Cauca, focused on organic production and sustainability. Additionally, it integrates solar panels and dry toilets to minimize environmental impact.

The standout feature of The Farm is its connection between the physical and virtual worlds. Users can purchase NFTs that represent licenses to manage virtual plots, which are linked to real land. These NFTs not only grant rights to the virtual land but also turn buyers into partners of the project and the company, receiving shares as a bonus.

Participants can plant crops such as cocoa, plantains, and chachafruto, among others, and receive 50% of the profits generated by their plots. Additionally, they have the option to rent their virtual land to other users, creating a source of passive income.

The project also includes a tourism component, where partners can physically visit the farms, participate in ecological activities, and enjoy day trips in a natural setting.
